It's basically an unofficial London Pride in a park, with everyone in sequins and glitter wandering between stages at their own pace, crowds materialising flash-mob style for the big singalong moments then drifting off to stumble into drag bingo or a packed tent bouncing to a one-hit wonder they haven't thought about in 20 years.
